The Reclaim Room CIC is a community interest company based in Scotland. We provide makeup-based confidence building, healing workshops, wellbeing spaces, and LGBTQ+ community sessions.

3. Use of Our Website

4. Workshop & Session Bookings

4.1 Eligibility

Workshops may have age, accessibility, or safeguarding requirements. These will be stated on the booking page.

 

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

 

4.3 Cancellations by Attendees

If you need to cancel:

For free sessions: Please notify us so the space can be offered to someone else.

For paid sessions: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the session unless otherwise stated.

No-shows are non-refundable.

 

4.4 Cancellations by Us

We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, venue issues, or emergencies.
If so, you will receive:

A full refund (for paid sessions) or

A transfer to another date

 

5. Safeguarding

We work with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent people, and young people. We may require:

Parent/guardian consent for under-18s

Additional safeguarding measures for vulnerable participants

Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from sessions.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
We use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GoFundMe) to process payments securely.
We do not store full card details.

 

Donors may request:

A receipt

Clarification on how funds are used

Removal from mailing lists

We reserve the right to refuse donations from harmful or discriminatory groups or individuals.

7. Community Guidelines

We are an inclusive space.
We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.

We may remove individuals from sessions or online spaces if necessary to protect staff, volunteers, and participants.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, photos, course materials, and branding—is owned by The Reclaim Room CIC and protected by copyright.

Reuse workshop materials without permission
